1. Processing Time

  • All products are handcrafted to order.
  • Standard processing time is up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase before your order is shipped.
  • Custom or large orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order size and destination.
  • Domestic shipping (within the U.S.): flat rate or free, depending on promotions.
  • International shipping: rates calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic orders: typically 14 days after shipping.
  • International orders: up to 30 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen events.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. The Peek-A-Boa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at info@peekaboa.com.
  • We will replace or resend the item at no additional cost.

7. Returns & Exchange Shipping

  • Return shipping is covered by The Peek-A-Boa.
  • Eligibility for store credit or exchanges follows our Returns & Store Credit Policy.
