Returns & Store Credit Policy
At Peek-A-Boa, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer store credit under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Store Credit
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued store credit equal to the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Return Shipping
Peek-A-Boa covers return shipping for eligible returns. Once your return is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided.
Items must be shipped using the provided label. We are not responsible for returns sent without approval.

- Can be used on any future purchase
