Absolutely! Custom creations are our specialty for the Peek-A-Boa Collection. While our Center Stage Bangles are not customizable, we love bringing your visions to life with our Roma Ring and Peek-a-Boa styles. Whether you're looking to add a dramatic touch to your outfit or custom color palette to match an existing costume, we work closely with you to curate the perfect piece for your act.

Center Stage Bangles & Roma Rings: Because our items are high-density rhinestone pieces, treat them like fine jewelry. For the best ways to protect your investment, please refer directly to our specialized care sheets: Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, alcohol, or submerging them in water. Wipe them down gently with a microfiber cloth after a performance to remove sweat or body makeup.

Peek-A-Boas: Please follow the specific guidelines outlined on their respective care sheets to maintain the structure and volume.

General Rule of Thumb: Always store your accessories in a cool, dry place away from direct your performance gear in a hot car is a definite no-go!

Fit is everything when you are on the move or moving on stage. We provide a detailed sizing chart on our product pages. You will want to measure the circumference of your wrist or forearm (depending on where you want the piece to sit) snugly but comfortably with a flexible measuring tape.

Our accessories are handcrafted to order. Standard processing time is:

Center Stage Bangles up to 7-10 business days
Roma Rings up to 7-10 business days
Peek-A-Boas up to 4 weeks

from the date of purchase before your order is shipped. Custom or exceptionally large orders may require additional time, which we will communicate with you directly.

Domestic Orders (U.S.): Typically arrive within 5 days after shipping.

International Orders: Can take up to 30 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen events.

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL Express. For domestic orders, we offer flat rate shipping (or free shipping during special promotions). International rates are calculated at checkout, and international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Because our pieces are highly valuable, we strongly advise all buyers to select the "Package Protection" toggle at checkout. Opting out means you accept liability for any loss or damage above our standard $300 cap. Selecting package protection ensures your investment is 100% covered, no matter the total value of the order.

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey directly on the carrier's website.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@peekaboa.com. Please note that Peek-A-Boa only covers replacements or resends for a maximum value of up to $300. Because our pieces are highly valuable, we strongly advise all buyers to select the "Package Protection" toggle at checkout. Opting out means you accept liability for any loss or damage above our standard $300 cap. Selecting package protection ensures your investment is 100% covered, no matter the total value of the order.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. Peek-A-Boa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Peek-A-Boa, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer store credit under the following conditions:

Return Shipping

Peek-A-Boa covers return shipping for eligible returns. Once your return is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Items must be shipped using the provided label. We are not responsible for returns sent without approval.
